Summer Training Programs

1 on 1 or Small Groups

I will be available throughout the summer in Northern Michigan for personalized hockey-specific training. Hockey training is distinct from other sports, demanding targeted strength and coordination in specific positions and focusing on muscle groups that many trainers might overlook. For developing players, effective dryland and summer training is essential for optimal growth and advancement.

  • Personalized

    Every young player's body develops and matures at its own pace. Using the same workout plan as a teammate who is twice their size can often be more harmful than helpful. I will design weekly workout plans tailored specifically to your player’s needs. We will focus on isolating and improving weaknesses while maintaining strengths.

  • Weekly Workouts

    Contact Me and we can figure out a weekly schedule for workouts and icetimes. Once signed up, our goal should be minimum one dryland workout a week, one icetime a week. More can be negotiated upon contacting me.

  • Weekly Icetimes

    I can either reserve icetime or we can meet at a Drop In Skate at the Gaylord Sportsplex (will be sorted into the price). These ice sessions will be solely focused on skating technique and power, as well as skill development.
