"90% OF HOCKEY IS MENTAL AND THE OTHER HALF IS PHYSICAL" -Wayne Gretzky

  • Every player from Junior hockey to the NHL sits down with a coach to break down and analyze their performances through video. Because of advancements in technology, players are able to see clearer than ever the mistakes they are making and more importantly how to correct them. Hockey is very fast, it is impossible to see everything that occurs on the ice in real time. Slowing down clips and showing players the entirety of the ice from a different perspective allows them to grasp concepts much easier as they can see for themselves with clarity.
  • As a former NCAA Division I and current professional hockey player, I have accumulated years of experience at the most elite levels of hockey and the knowledge that comes with it. I am actively learning more and more about what teams at all levels are looking for in players. One thing I know for sure is the best players in the world use every accessible tool possible to help them perform at their highest level. Skill coaches are charging a fortune, even up to $500 for a single review. My mission is to make these same tools accesible to players at any level. Everyone should have the opportunity to improve and train like an NHLer!
  • The journey through amateur hockey can be overwhelming and confusing for both players and parents. Understanding what a good opportunity looks like, knowing which camps or tryouts to attend, as well as understanding the process of acquiring an Agent/Advisor are a few of the crucial pieces necessary to make a career out of hockey. While every player's path is different, I can share the knowledge I have gained from my own personal experiences navigating the different teams and levels of hockey.
