Pre-Season Training Camp
Sharpen skills. Build conditioning. Lock in elite habits before the season begins. The Pre-Season Training Camp is designed to prepare players physically and mentally for the demands of a long hockey season. We focus on refining technique, increasing pace, and building the habits that translate directly into maximizing in-game performance.
-
HOW THE PRE-SEASON CAMP WORKS
Build it right before the season starts.
Instead of jumping straight into practices and games rusty and out of shape, players use this camp to sharpen fundamentals and get their bodies ready for real competition.
Typical Session Structure:
- Dynamic warm-ups & movement prep
- Skating speed & conditioning work
- Skill stations (shooting, puck control, passing)
- Game-situational drills
